· High Jump: 3’9”

· Long Jump: 10 feet
· High Jump: 3 feet
Detailed physical standards apply as per category and government guidelines.
Preparation strategy & quick tips:
- Understand the CBE syllabus & practice mock tests (timed tests for 90 minutes and negative marking practice). Use previous year papers and sectional tests.
- General Awareness: Daily current affairs (last 6–12 months), static GK (India polity, geography, basic economy).
- Quant & Reasoning: Practice speed and accuracy — focus on topics that recur in SSC-style tests.
- Language: Work on comprehension, grammar and vocabulary in both English & Hindi (CBE may be bilingual).
- Fitness plan: Begin a structured running and field events routine early — practice long jump/high jump and timing as per your age group. If you need a driving licence (males), ensure it’s valid well before PE&MT.
Final checklist before applying:
- Read the official SSC notification PDF carefully (eligibility, age calculation date, post-wise vacancy break up).
- Keep scanned documents in required formats and sizes ready.
- Ensure your driving licence (if applicable) is valid and not a learner’s permit.
- Note down the exact dates and set reminders for application, fee payment, and correction window (if any).
This recruitment is a big opportunity — 7,565 seats means strong intake and chances for well-prepared candidates. Apply within the window (22 Sep–21 Oct 2025), follow the notification strictly, and plan both written and physical preparation in parallel.
